| Jean Inman, MBA, RD, is the Director of the New England Center for Nutrition Education and has presented programs to over ten thousand health care professionals throughout the country for the past fifteen years. Seminar topics include nutritional care of specific disease entities, clinical and food service management, and a Review Course for the A.D.A. Registration Exam. Ms. Inman was formerly Director of Nutritional Services at New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton, Massachusetts and Instructor of Dietetics at Laboure Junior College in Boston, Massachusetts.
